ADD/ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is the newest name given to a group of central nervous system disorders. Although the diagnosis is usually given to "hyperactive" children, many adults with similar symptoms are being diagnosed with the disorder. Inability to concentrate, anxiety, and hyperactivity are common characteristics of persons with ADD/ADHD. Studies have shown that most people affected by ADD have an abnormally high amount of Candida Albicans. Candida Albicans is a bacterium that normally lives in the intestinal wall, but it can become problematic if there is an overgrowth, which invades the blood stream and other organs.
