Return Policy:
We at Renewal Enterprises go to great lengths to insure your order is pulled correctly, packed properly, shipped on time, and arrives in good condition. We regret that we cannot credit products that have a broken seal and will only accept returned products within 30 days that are unused and unopened. Any shipping fees incurred with delivery, including expenses with free shipping, will be deducted from the return credited amount. Return Shipping fees, for other than product damage, are the responsibility of the customer.

- Products ordered weekdays before 4pm EST are normally shipped the same day.
- Products ordered on Weekends & Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Our carriers are UPS (the brown truck) and USPS (Priority Shipping to PO Boxes).
- Delivery turnaround time is usually 2-5 Business Days, depending on your location.
