Recommended Use: Foot Baths- 1/2 to 1 cup of Medi-Body Bath to 12 cups of warm water. Soak feet for 10-20 minutes. Whole Body Bath- 1 to 2 cups of Medi-Body Bath in tub of warm water. Soak for 10-20 minutes.

Vitabath Dechlorination tablets are also recommended to dechlorinate the bath water. 1 tablet for the foot bath, and 2 tablets for the whole body bath. Add to water prior to adding the Medi-Body Bath. (SEE BELOW for more information.)
