Depression

Depression is oftentimes a normal response to certain situations that may arise in our lives from time to time. However, if the frequency of depression becomes chronic, it can become debilitating to the individual. Treatment for chronic depression includes high doses of amino acids, B Vitamins, good diet, exercise, foundational nutritional supplements, and possibly professional counseling.*

These nutrients may be helpful for this condition:
