Digestive Disorders

Digestive Disorders are on the rise and seem to be reaching epidemic proportions in this country. Symptoms include abdominal pain, cramps, diarrhea, bloating, gas, colitis, and irritable bowel syndrome. These are often the early warning signs of a greater problem. Although there are many different disease processes of the gut, the recommendations remain the same. Good bowel health includes: periodic bowel cleansing, probiotics (good bacteria), enzymes, immune enhancing supplements, following a good diet plan (please refer to the alkaline/acid chart), exercise, stress reduction, and sufficient rest and sleep.*

These nutrients may be helpful for this condition:

Bioxy Cleanse: (bowel cleanse- detoxification and healthy bowel function) Powder: ½ - 1 tsp mixed with water & lemon @ bedtime OR 1-2 Capsules @ bedtime for 2-4 weeks, or as directed. Suggest cleanse as needed and every 4 months.
