Dysmenorrhea (Menstrual Cramps)

Dysmenorrhea is commonly known as menstrual cramps. Dysmenorrhea is often caused by an excess of prostaglandins (chemical messengers which affect the uterine receptors) that can lead to over-stimulation and consequently cramping. Poor nutrition, yeast overgrowth of Candida, and hormonal imbalances are all causes of excess prostaglandins in the female body. *

These nutrients may be helpful for this condition:

Bioxy Cleanse: (bowel cleanse- detoxification and healthy bowel function) Powder: ½ - 1 tsp mixed with water & lemon @ bedtime OR 1-2 Capsules @ bedtime for 2-4 weeks, or as directed. Suggest cleanse as needed and every 4 months.

Natpro-Natural Progesterone Cream: (helps to normalize hormones) Count from Day 1 of your period to Day 12. On Day 12 begin taking progesterone cream (1/8th -1/4 tsp) 1- 2 times/daily for 15 days. Apply to thin skinned areas such as face, throat, elbows, behind knees, wrists, etc. After the 15th day of usage, stop. Wait until your period begins again and repeat the process.
