Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, are swollen blood vessels that cause the mucous membranes of the lower rectum or anus to protrude. Generally, Hemorrhoids affect those with sedentary lifestyles, as well as those who have problems with habitual constipation. Cleansing the bowel and detoxification are an important part of the process. *
