L–T (Theanine) is the major free-form amino acid found in green tea leaves. L–T (Theanine) produces a tranquilizing effect in the brain without causing drowsiness or dull feelings. Studies reflect L–T increases alpha waves in the brain that produces muscle relaxation and decreases stress-tension pain. To induce relaxation the suggested does of L–T is 1 capsule, and effects are felt within 30 minutes. For more rapid absorption dissolve 1 capsule in water; effects are felt within 20 minutes. One capsule of L–T may be taken, four times daily to maintain continuous mood elevation and relaxation.

Alpha waves are usually on achieved with deep meditation. The brain waves changed within 40 minutes of ingestion. Dosages ranged between 50 to 200 mg.
