How to Use the Alkaline Stick (without the i-bottle):

1. Place Rejuvenator Stick in an 8-10 ounce glass of filtered or spring water.

2. Swoosh the glass for 10 seconds.

3. Let the glass of water stand for minimum of 3 minutes before drinking.

IMPORTANT: Always keep Rejuvenator Alkaline Stick partially in water. Do not let dry out.

Cleaning the glass or container: The powder (Citric Acid) is for cleaning the glass of any deposits. Place small amount of powder in glass with water, swoosh and thoroughly rinse glass before use.

Instructions: The Rejuvenator stick comes separately or with a plastic i-Bottle. Before using the i-stick clean your bottle with citric acid and a little water, or with white vinegar if the stick is purchased by itself. Cleaning the bottle helps produce stronger ionization, higher pH levels and lower (more negative) ORP levels. The i-Bottle should be cleaned with Citric Acid or white vinegar every month for best results, i.e., stronger ionization.

Each Rejuvenator stick should be used with no more than 12 ounces (350 ml) of filtered or spring water. You may clean whatever bottle you use with citric acid or white vinegar every month to achieve stronger ionization. The stick should remain in water at all times to preserve its effectiveness.

To create i-Water: Fill the i-Bottle with either filtered or spring water.* Shake the bottle vigorously for 15 seconds. Wait 3 minutes for ionization to fully take place before drinking the water. Depending on the composition of the source water used, a pH of 8.5 and ORP of -50 mV will remain in the water for up to 24 hours.

Important: Do not use reverse osmosis or distilled water with the i-Stick. There will not be sufficient mineral content in the water to produce an ionization effect.
