  • Products ordered before 1pm EST are normally shipped the same day.
  • Products ordered on Weekends & Holidays will be shipped the following day.
  • Our carriers are USPS and FedEx.
  • Delivery turnaround time is usually 5-8 Business Days, depending on your location.

2nd day Delivery is available for $24.95*
Overnight available for $44.95.

please note: Saturday and Sunday are not counted in delivery schedules...
2nd day packages shipped Thursday will receive delivery on Monday
and packages shipped on Friday will receive delivery on Tuesday.

Return Policy  
We at Renewal Enterprises go to great lengths to insure your order is pulled correctly,
packed properly, shipped on time, and arrives in good condition. We regret that we cannot credit products that have a broken seal and will only accept returned products within 30 days that are unused and unopened. Any shipping fees incurred with delivery, including expenses with free shipping, will be deducted from the return credited amount.

Return Shipping fees, for other than product damage, are the responsibility of the customer. Please call for RA# (return authorization) before returning any product. For further questions, call 1-800-280-1852.
